Personal Statement:

“My goal as a therapist is to create a space where people can gently and safely explore themselves and their lives in order to achieve greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, healing, and energy for life.
I offer a variety of self-help tools that are tailored to meet a person’s unique needs. With respect and compassion, I collaborate with young people and adults to reach toward increased health, balance, and joy.
In a caring and confidential setting, I invite people to explore their beliefs, patterns, and histories, and to gently clear away patterns and behaviors that are no longer beneficial to them.”
